This website on cd-rom
This website is rather extended, which means that there is a lot to read. Moreover, most texts do not really lend themselves for a 'fast view' - for a good understanding one really ought to 'take them in'. In fact it would be most ideal if one could take a book in the hand, read a little in it en then put it away again to 'digest' the reading - and then pick it up again to read another part... In the english and german speaking world, however, there are no Prantl-books available yet today. But we do have telephone counters, that keep ticking while we are enjoying reading...
To meet the wishes of people who do like to read the texts and view the paintings in peace and quiet, without paying an extreme internet-price for it, we offer here a cost-effective cd containing this complete website (outside of western Europe we have to charge a special price; please contact the webmaster). Of course it remains wise to visit this site every now and then, to keep up with possible updates and changes.
